Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, bright, highly motivated, and creative senior .NET Application Developer with a proven track record and eagerness to learn new technologies.  Our developers operate in both individual and team environments on a project by project basis and are fluent in all stages of the development cycle.  Developers are often responsible for a variety of projects across business lines and technologies occasionally taking on multiple roles.  The ideal candidate will have strong design and development skills in both Windows and Web development.

We develop primarily in .NET 2.0 and 3.5 (C#, VB), ASP.NET and MS Access with SQL Server (2005, 2008) as our backend data store. We use XML extensively for web service communication, application configuration, etc.

Desired skills:
 - 5+ years of Programming (C#, VB) including 2+ years of .NET Programming

- 4+ years of relational database experience (SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle, MySQL)

- Robust understanding of enterprise server programming, including database design and development

- Application and middleware design and development (including n-Tier, client/server programming)

- Strong object oriented development

- Advanced coding/debugging skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional consideration for skills or experience in:
 - User Interface and graphics design

-  SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS)

-  ASP.NET

-  Web Service Development

-  SOAP, XML, XSLT

- MS Access Development (as a front end)

-  WSS 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 Development and Implementation
