Looking for a SENIOR Sharepoint Developer. Hands on Technically but also have had some Management experience.....More People Management than Project Management. Key would be strong enough technically to be able to run with the Project !!

We are looking for an experienced, bright, highly motivated, and creative SharePoint Developer with a proven track record and eagerness to learn new technologies.  We are starting a large company wide implementation of SharePoint that will be tightly integrated across key business functions and systems and require advanced levels of customization.  The ideal candidate will have strong architecture, design, and development skills in Windows SharePoint Service (WSS) 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007, particularly customization of SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer 2007.  Our developers operate in both individual and team environments on a project by project basis and are fluent in all stages of the development cycle.  Developers are often responsible for a variety of projects across business lines and technologies occasionally taking on multiple roles.

Desired skills:

SharePoint Software Development (SDK) experience including design, development, and implementation of custom Web Parts, workflows, custom event handlers, InfoPath and forms, BDC, and other programs that leverage SharePoint object model. 
4-6 years of relational database experience (SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle, MySQL) 
In-depth hands-on knowledge of the .NET Framework (C#, VB, ASP), HTML, CSS 
Robust understanding of enterprise server programming, including database design and development 
Experience with implementation, architecture and deployment of SharePoint features and solutions 
Application and middleware design and development (including n-Tier, client/server programming) 
Strong object-oriented development 
Advanced coding/debugging skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
Self motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional consideration for skills or experience in:

User Interface and graphics design 
SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) 
Web Service Development 
SOAP, XML, XSLT, AJAX, JavaScript 
Active Directory (AD) and SharePoint security implementation strategies
