The Opportunity:  The Field Service Engineer helps customers enhance the productivity of their laboratory processes and drives high levels of customer satisfaction by performing maintenance, repair and validations of a broad range of laboratory instrumentation. The Field Service engineer represents the face of the company to the customer and fosters business expansion by providing ‘best-in-class’ responsiveness and professionalism in all customer interactions. 
 
Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, electronics or a related discipline and have hands-on experience with HPLC, LC, LC/MS, GC or GC/MS instruments. Agilent and Waters HPLC and LC/MS experience is preferred. You must be a proven self motivated individual and possess a valid driver’s license.
