Job Description:
Technical Support Specialist – GC/LC Product lines RESPONSIBILITIES Provide full service support and training for LC/GC Multivendor and OneSource instrumentation Functions besides Service, Training and Support will be to develop first rate Photo Docs based Service Training Manuals, provide phone support for Field Service Engineers Provide On-Site Engineering Support when required Write Installation, Operational Qualification and other pertinent documents where required. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline plus 2-3 years previous Field Service Engineering experience. Extensive Hardware and Software experience with LC/GC instruments Must be driven to keep up with the fast paced environment of the OneSource/Multivendor Business. Must be a fast learner who is motivated and committed to excellence while being able to work with limited supervision. Ability to travel periodically (about 3 – 4 times per year).
