Field Service Engineer –Multi-Vendor, Orlando/Tampa Florida area

The Opportunity: The Field Service Engineer helps customers enhance the productivity of their laboratory processes and drives high levels of customer satisfaction by performing maintenance, repair and validations of a broad range of laboratory instrumentation. The Field Service engineer represents the face of this company to the customer and fosters business expansion by providing ‘best-in-class’ responsiveness and professionalism in all customer interactions. This also includes key account expansion, sale of new maintenance contracts, upgrades and instrument leads.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, electronics or a related discipline and 2-3 years of experience with HPLC or GC instruments. Instrumentation experience from vendors such as Agilent, Waters, Thermo or Shimadzu etc. is preferred. Laboratory experience is also a plus. You must be a proven self motivated individual and possess a valid driver’s license.
