Job Description:

•Manage tasks, timeline and resources associated with client start-ups and system migrations
•Provide effective communications to project team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
•Coordinate integration meetings with prospects/clients to determine system requirements and specifications relative to product configuration.
•Analyze customer requirements and partner with Engineering team in development of Concept of Operations and solution design.
•Translate business requirements into system requirements and technical specifications.
•Manage the testing, training, implementation and support of system requirements.
•Oversee configuration of applications based on solution design and Concept of Operations.
•Organize the development of test data and cycles to ensure that all processes identified in the requirements gathering phase will be validated.
•Participate in on-site implementation and client interaction to ensure delivery of business requirements.
•Provide point of contact for Sales and Operations relative to enhanced customer requirements.

Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree in Logistics or Business Management required
•Minimum 2 years of project management experience leading system implementation projects
•Minimum 2 years of Operations’ experience working in the field of warehousing and/or transportation services.
•Minimum 2 years technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, order management systems and/or Enterprise Application Integration tools.
•Anticipate travel at 60% 
•Proven ability to define and analyze customer/business requirements.
•Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
