Job Description:

Analytics Consultant within the Operations area of Talent Acquisition (TA). In this role, the consultant focuses on driving the department’s overall business intelligence strategy. They will work with the TA leadership team to ensure that all business and data analytics result in accurate reporting and efficient data management, in order to meet the needs of our partners and customers.

The consultant will conduct data analyses to demonstrate the efficiency of TA programs and initiatives. This individual will be experienced in assisting TA leaders in developing stories from data.  The ability to multitask is critical as we are constantly engaged in multiple projects in a fast paced environment. The consultant should have a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and technical advice to TA team members.

Technology (Management and automation of data):
EXCEL
(1) Expert level required 
(2) VBA and advanced function such as off set and lookups

Powerpoint 
(1) Expert level required   
(2) Comprehensive understanding of data visualization (Charts)

HRIS 
(1) Applicant Tracking System experience preferred  
(1) Data warehousing experience preferred
