Job Description:

Senior CSS Developer
The Companies Banking development team is looking for a talented senior CSS developer with strong experience who would like to be part the design and development of the new UI/UX components for a new next generation internet banking application.

The CSS developer should be able to translate UX concepts into a working prototype. They should be able to utilize mockups, wireframes and prototypes to develop a fully functional production front end interface which implements the latest web application technologies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience on multiple internet application projects and multiple technologies such as ASP, forms, CSS, Silverlight, MVS and MVP to ensure the development of a feature rich and functional application.

The selected CSS developer will join an existing team of senior developers, business analysts and QA analysts.

Duties Include:
•	Provide senior level guidance and support for creating an intuitive user interface for a transactional web banking application
•	Interpreting UX concepts into functional code
•	Ability to create CSS and interface code from the ground up
•	Making suggestions and recommendations on best practices for user interface development
•	Ability to create mockups and proof of concepts rapidly 
•	Assisting in setting standards for cross browser and cross platform compatibility
•	Ability to work with developers to ensure design concepts can be implemented with the core application functions
•	Participate in Agile project management methodology

Qualifications
•	5+ years of experience in internet user interface development
•	BS degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design
•	Extensive experience with CSS development and coding standards
•	Experience with ASP, Forms, Silverlight, MVS, MVP, Ajax and Javascript
•	Ability to mentor and teach other team members on newer technologies
•	Proven ability to deliver new and progressive interfaces
•	Ability to understand usability requirements and translate those to a functional application
