Job Description:
A global technology leader driving growth and initiative in the Environmental and Human Health Science markets. The company is a leading force in the development, production, marketing, servicing, and supporting of laboratory instrumentation and ancillary services throughout the world. Technical Skills: Experience in SAP CRM 7.0, its Middleware & R/3 SM & SD processes along with integration knowledge with other SAP Modules. Exposure to multi-national, multi-currency, multi-language required going hand-in-hand with Global Implementations. Experience in European and/or Pac-Rim environments a plus. Strong Project Management experience desired Competent in task/activities within application development life cycles, including requirement analysis, detailed design, configuration, training and implementation management. Prior SAP Business Analyst experience preferred. Prior working experience in a 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, ITAR validated environment is preferred to apply to systems utilized by business teams to achieve customer compliance requirements. Six Sigma Belt Certified is desired Ability to recognize flaws in existing processes and recommend/implement required changes. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate technical decisions and strategies into business terms and implications are paramount. Good people / communication skills to interface with the user community and their management, IT Development Teams, SAP Support Teams including facilitating technical & non-technical concepts. Management of Resources Allocates time and resources efficiently, focusing on ever-shifting priorities; continually seeks ways to improve individual and team efficiencies. Will be a self-starter, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and take ownership of projects. Perform all job requirements with minimal oversight and excellent attention to detail Business & Organizational Knowledge Fully understands the impact of the IT organization on our continuing operations. Possess functional business process knowledge and technical competence. Be able to evaluate, recommend and implement automation solutions to support business unit activities. Customer focused where you demonstrate the ability to respond quickly to user / business mgt. requests, while meeting expectations, SLA’s, while displaying a positive, service-oriented attitude. Have the ability to respond to issues presented in an objective manner and turn negative situations into positive opportunities.
