Job Description:

Position Summary
The successful candidate will have experience in working with business users to understand their business functions, and what system changes will provide additional value. They will then translate these requirements into Use Cases / Requirements / and work with IT developers to create these system changes.

Key Areas of Responsibility
	Developing RICE objects to meet the business process requirements, working closely with the business partners
	Developing and documenting technical specifications 
	Work with the development team in India to refine the designs, assist with development, define test cases, inspect documentation/code and ensure development life cycle commitments are met
	Estimate complexity and scope

Basic Requirements
	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
	Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint ) 
	3 or more years experience working with a rigid software engineer process, CMM preferred
	3 or more years experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite.
	3 or more years experience with SQL, strong relational database skills.
	3 or more years experience working with  Oracle development tools including
o	Oracle Forms 
o	Oracle Developer
o	Oracle Workflow
o	XML Publisher
	Strong analytic skills, translating user requirements to functional designs.

Preferred Requirements
	Experience working with Oracle Applications ( OA )  Framework
	Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture ( SOA ) 
	Familiarity with the  “Field Service” Modules including
o	Field Service
o	Advanced Scheduler
o	Mobile Field Service
o	TeleService
o	Field Spares
o	Knowledge Management
	Familiarity with release 12.0 or 12.1 Ebusiness Suite
	Familiarity with SVN
	Experience working within a multi-national distributed development team
