Job Description:

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Process Aide supports the Manufacturing Engineering Group with a variety of tasks to improve efficiency of the entire group.   The main focus of this position will be to measure and document wire information for large custom harnesses and work with the Mfg Eng to semi-automate the wiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities
•	Assist Mfg Engineers with implementing a semiautomatic wiring process
•	Assist Mfg Engineering with day to day tasks that support the manufacturing floor (PI/Routing Updates, OSP Routings, and Drawing Reviews)
•	Updating procedures and process documents to capture improvements
•	Processing / archiving test data 
•	Other similar duties and special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications
•	Solid computer skills (knowledge of file shares, network files, Outlook Mail, Excel, Word)
•	Organized, self starter, independent worker
•	Deadline driven, flexible with schedule and shifting priorities
•	Team Player, works well under pressure
•	Strong mechanical aptitude
•	Experience with Excel

Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge
•	Experience with Visual Basic or MATLAB
